RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

SOOMASLEEP Pty Ltd (SOOMA) provides the following SOOMA 100 & 10 Happiness Returns and Exchange Policy (Policy) in relation to its mattresses and pillows.

Subject to the eligibility requirements and the returns, refunds and exchange procedures set out below, the Policy enables you to return or exchange your SOOMA purchase within 100 days – for whatever reason and with no other questions asked!

Please note that this Policy is not a warranty against defects. For defective goods, please refer to our Warranty.

MATTRESS RETURNS

Full paying customers, subject to the eligibility restrictions below, if for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your SOOMA mattress within 100 days of purchase, let us know and your total payment to SOOMA will be refunded on return of the SOOMA mattress.

Return Procedure

To complete your return, contact us at returns@sooma.com.au with the details of your proposed return and refund, including a receipt or proof of purchase, and we will arrange for collection of the mattress. You will need to be available for the scheduled pick up time.

MATTRESS EXCHANGES

Subject to the eligibility restrictions below, if for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with the feel of your SOOMA mattress within 100 days of purchase, let us know and you may exchange your mattress for one with another feel within the same range.

Exchange Procedure

To complete your exchange, contact us at returns@sooma.com.au with the details of your proposed exchange, including a receipt or proof of purchase, and we will arrange for the exchange of your mattress. You will be responsible to pay for freight charges associated with a SOOMA mattress exchange. Freight charges will be confirmed with you prior to the exchange being actioned. An order for the new SOOMA mattress and freight charges will be processed and charged to the same credit card as the initial purchase.

PILLOW RETURNS

Full paying customers, subject to the eligibility restrictions below, if for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your SOOMA pillow within 100 days of purchase, let us know and your total payment to SOOMA will be refunded on return of the SOOMA pillow.

Return Procedure

To complete your return, contact us at returns@sooma.com.au with the details of your proposed return and refund, including a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for packaging the pillow correctly for shipping and deliverying it to a local courier, as specificd by SOOMA at the time of processing your return. Pillowswill only be eligible for a return if it has been only used for its intended use and is without significant damage or stains.

ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION

SOOMA Mattress Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange of a SOOMA mattress, you must be a full paying customer and you must have been sleeping on your mattress for a minimum of 30 days before initiating the return or exchange. If you did not purchase your SOOMA mattress, you will not be eligible for a return or an exchange.

Returns within the 100 Night Happiness Return Period will only be accepted for a maximum of 3 mattresses returned per customer.

Exchanges within the 100 Night Happiness Exchange Period will only be accepted for a maximum of 1 mattress per customer.

The 100 Night Happiness Exchange Policy will not apply to any new mattress supplied as part of any exchange under this Policy.

The 10 year Limited Warranty on the new mattress will start on the date of purchase of the new mattress. For more information about the 10 year Limited Warranty, please refer to our Warranty.

SOOMA Pillow Returns

To be eligible for a pillow return, you must be a full paying customer and you must have been sleeping on your pillow for a minimum of 15 days before initiating the return. If you did not purchase your SOOMA mattress, you will not be eligible for a return or an exchange.

Returns within the 100 Night Happiness Warranty Period are only accepted for a maximum of 1 pillow per customer and exchanges are not available on pillow purchases.
